These are my fanatical followers to glorify the light of peace, the light of love and, most importantly, the light of knowledge. These are my own apostles.

Stop directing your attention to what you don’t like, stop judging. Perceive things more easily, without judgment, to realize that someone can be fat, or skinny, and things exist as they are. Cockroaches are such primitive creatures to reach an agreement with. Clean your apartment, get it disinfected. Cockroaches are repelled by natural floral aromas such as dried herbs, flowers, or spices. Place herbs throughout your apartment and maintain hygiene. 

You don't need to find special words for that. Just tell them boys have a penis, while girls have a hole. They feel good and pleased, as they get together to conceive a child. Definitely, they can. Duality is referring to something as black or white, good or bad, evil or good, high-quality or low-quality. This means assessing people, living souls and what they do. Evaluating something is another thing. We can’t say about someone’s feature clearly, precisely. The most sublime Soul can incarnate in its lowest part to work it out. 

They‘ll be there to maintain balance in the system so people learn to seek the truth with their hearts. 

This technique is effective, while it can lead to more psychosomatic problems, especially when experiencing nervous breakdowns. To start with, engage in the practice of self-calming, bring your mind and consciousness into their pure state. After that, you can do programming. 

Yes, for the good. It tastes better than stevia and it’s better than any sugar. 

When you borrow money, set a clear deadline for when you’re going to give it back. This way, someone won’t live in projections of expectation and fear, not creating a karmic imbalance between you two. If you lend money, always intend it’s going to be a gift. Give not expecting to get it back. This way, you’ll get more. 

Enter into meditation, breathe. Imagine you’re surrounded by very strong streams of light washing each of your cells and chakras – your energy column, – vessels, and neurons. Say this mantra: “I am the light from the Absolute’s light. I am the light from the God’s light. I am the light of truth, I am the light of mercy, I am the light of transformation into unconditional love.” Imagine everything black in you dissolves into love, passes into other – angelic, sublime – dimensions. Don't attack them, don't burn them, don't fight against them. Send them love and purify them instead. 

Not in its current form. In future, it’ll develop in a transformed form.

Dolmens were constructed as small energy complexes where Vedic priests dissolved into pure light. They came there, sat down or lay down, meditated and gradually dissolved into pure light, organizing a portal place – a huge light energy column. If you approach a dolmen, sit next to it, close your eyes, you’ll integrate into this energy flow, and you’ll be carried into the stratosphere, where they work with you in more detail and communicate. The channel is being expanded at once. If someone elderly was very pure, this is always beneficial, making it easier for Angels to work by thousand times. 

You need to imagine him, with Angels, Archangels, and Deities next to him, telling him: “I let you go free and thank you for all the experience you gave me. You are my light, my happiness. I love you. I recognize you as the light of God and absolutely free.” Add any kind words of affection.
