Yes, they communicate with the Higher Self, which always embodies only a part of itself, – the structure in which you’re embodied partially only. 

They aren’t likely to rise above the 4th dimension. Everyone will be in 4D, if they need to be there, while those who need to stay in 3D will stay in 3D. This will be distributed until the end of the year. This battle will continue for about 2-4 years for those between the lower 4D and 3D. 

Self-love, when you love yourself, looks incredible. In the Divine sense, though, not excessively. When you love yourself excessively, it’s not as nice. 

Yes, they can. In 4D, it will even be cooler, faster, and more effective. 

You need to learn to feel that a crystal emits its magnetic field, so you learn to use it, feel the type, energy, and understand that a stone is a living object where little developed souls incarnate as well. It’s like when living souls are embodied in plants. 

They work, but so far they haven’t undergone any radical change. They’ll remain as relevant in 4D, but will also change a lot in a few decades. 

In terms of the vibrational background, yes, there’ll still be water that heals and water that harms. This doesn't change, being the laws of chemistry. 

Yes, it will. 

Yes, someone can communicate with that person’s Higher Self. 

Yes, they can, if they adjust magnets to make this water hydrated. So, you’d better buy a hydrogen water generator. 

He has issues with his cups, not easy to adjust. He kind of pretends that they work well. The capsule is really cool, though. 

Men are embarrassed to show it, but they’re also engaged in spiritual development.

People all over the world will cope with a shortage of food, done specially. Also, some foods will be too artificial everywhere. That's why sprouts are really beneficial, as a substitute for any vegetables. Buy any cereal, sprout it and look at yourself in the mirror to say, “How prettier I’ve become, oh my God!” 

This question takes a long time to answer. I’d tell you this, though: this world is so harmonized and balanced! Everyone finds their place here and can get even more, if they want and allow it.

Here’s a little secret: those in 4D won’t care about those in 3D, and vice versa. 

This is incredibly difficult. You have no idea how much effort it took me. All you need to do is just breathe and imagine this: you’re soaring above the Earth, all your chakras fly out of your body, plunge into the space of snow-white clouds and transform into purely divine light there, and then they come back to you, and you feel like an ocean of mercy.

Meditation and music. Everyone gets their own spiritual tool. You have everything you need. You just need to find it, create the intention to find it or come up with something of your own, which will be really beneficial to you. 

Everything speeds up in 4D, so in 4D the cycles will be smoother, a little shorter and milder.
