Question 1: Why do some masters say we’re moving into the 4th dimension, while others say it’s 5D?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

Some masters already live in 5D. They believe we’re all moving there. We aren’t these masters, though, who have already surpassed everyone there in everything. We’re moving into 4D.

Question 2: What kind of poultry can someone eat, if they can’t or aren’t recommended to eat chicken?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

Chicken is fine. Make sure, though, it’s not stuffed with antibiotics and chemicals. You could replace it with duck meat. Duck can’t tolerate chemicals. So, it’s only healthy meat there, like a cow. Also, turkey, goose, or quail.

Question 3: Will Anthroposophy (founded by Rudolf Steiner) and its practical application be relevant in 4D?

Yasnosvet Pavel and Aristotle answer this:

Anthroposophy can’t be applied as science. It shows people’s general consciousness level. This science is analytical. You can use it to compare and understand who has surpassed their peers in terms of their intellectual and moral parameters.

Question 4: Was the aspect of Archangel Gabriel and the Buddha embodied in the master practitioner Yan-Spartacus Poedinkov (born 1973, Bali)?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

No.

Question 5: Caesarean section: what are the consequences for mother and child, benefits and harms?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

There are no consequences for the mother. A key point for her is to perceive it as using a way out, and take it easy. If she starts to say, “Oh, I have a scar, my tummy’s cut! Oh, I’m ugly, I have something sticking out!” – the caesarean section will have consequences, and this tummy will be visible. If she says it, though, like, “Well, the scar will heal,” it will heal. For the mother, this is an opportunity, an experience she gets to raise her consciousness level, learn to direct her thoughts to the right point constructively for herself. For children, it’s their reluctance to be born in the earth’s matrix, once they’ve found the Earth low-vibrational. They decided to get suffocated there. This doesn’t happen consciously. So, it doesn’t carry any karma at all.

Question 6: Among herbs, which diuretic is more efficacious to remove excess fluid from the body?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

Dandelion root and flowers, calendula, wormwood. Take wormwood at night only, drink a little of it, for a week. Repeat the course a week or two later, because wormwood is a very strong herb. Have lots of water too. Choose these water types, which are better to absorb and assimilate: artesian, hydrogenated, or mixed with juices, especially citrus or berry ones. The body feels this water has vitamins. So, it starts to absorb this water more actively. When water is absorbed into the body, it pushes out the one that was there before. If you have a lot of juices and herbs (calendula, dandelion and wormwood) regularly, you’ll constantly use the toilet. Your kidneys will like this.

Question 7: Can getting baptized or initiated into other religious egregors harm or limit someone?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

Yes, if someone has a higher consciousness level and vibrational background compared to these egregors, then yes, they limit and vice versa.

Question 8: Is it true that St. Petersburg is connected with the Atlantean civilization?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

St. Petersburg was built based on technologies that remained from the Atlanteans. So, yes, it is.

Question 9: Is it correct to blow out birthday candles rather than light them?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

It depends on what you mean, while it’s not quite correct. Someone doesn’t have to blow out all the candles on their birthday. They should only leave one. For instance, if a child has just turned 5, place the 6th candle next to it. Once 5 candles are blown out, the sixth one is burning. It should burn out and go out on its own. Some people don’t care at all, though. So, it depends on who wants what, what game they play with this world.

Question 10: What’s the percentage of the truth in the books by Svetlana Mirgorodskaya (lives in Moscow) “Aromatherapy. The world’s scents” (1975) and “Aromalogy. Quantum satis” (1979)?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

“Aromatherapy” (1975) has 76% of the truth, and the other book has 79%.

Question 11: What positive task do mosquitoes perform?

Yasnosvet Pavel answers this:

As a rule, if the Universe allows them to get attached to the human body, blood-sucking insects suck blood from there and bite exactly where there are some energy blocks. With their bites, they remove these energy blocks from the structure. Let's mention the Earth's food chain, of course.

Question 12: Is Mandalotherapy an effective and relevant method?

Seraphim of Sarov answers this:

It’s really cool!
